Free Swim Lessons

Ensuring children have access to life-saving skills

According to the CDC, drowning is the number one cause of death for children ages 1 to 4, and the second leading cause of unintentional injury death for children ages 5 to 14 after motor vehicle crashes. Providing swim lesson scholarships ensures that all children have the opportunity to learn how to be safe in and around water.

In addition to free swim lessons, the PARC Foundation also provides swimsuits for participants in need to ensure children can safely and comfortably learn to swim in the appropriate gear.
